Bridgnorth is in the English county of Shropshire.  This article follows the history of the town and explores its numismatic connections.

Conquer the Continent

This article considers the issues of banknotes by government institutions (treasuries, reserve and central banks) in South America from the time of independence until the middle of the 20th century.  Many of these notes were printed by printers from outside South America and the article examines whether these “foreign” printers have “conquered the continent”.

Numismatic Travels in New South Wales

The author made two trips through various parts of New South Wales in 2009 and 2010.  During these trips he kept an eye open for numismatic items from places other than numismatic dealers.
