The NAV meets every month of the year except for January. Typically we meet on the third Thursday of the month, but in December (to avoid the festive season) we meet on the second Thursday of the month., Meetings are usually held ay 7.45PM in the Level 2 Function Room of The Celtic Club on the corner of Queen Street and La Trobe Street in the City. During out meetings members are invited to speak about numismatic items of interest, a member may give a keynote talk on an interesting topic, and we hold occasional tender sales.
Visitors are welcome but we suggest you Contact Us or check the Numismatic Calendar before attending to double check the date and time of the meeting. The Celtic Club is a busy venue and sometimes we need to vary our meeting times due to public holidays and other events.
When Are Our Meetings:: 7.45PM, third Thursday of the month February to November. Second Thursday of the month in December. NO MEETING IN JANUARY. Meetings usually take 1 to 2 hours.
