The Numismatic Association of Victoria Inc. (NAV) was founded in 1946 and its aims and activities have largely remained unchanged over the years. Members are invited to attend our monthly meetings, get access to the member’s area of our website and receive, and a copy of the Victorian Numismatic Journal three times a year.
Our objectives are to:
- Encourage the study of Numismatics in all its branches
- Represent generally the views and interests of Numismatists
- Provide education in the field of Numismatics and,
- Encourage sound and methodical collecting practices.
Membership
Membership of the NAV is open to those interested in numismatics, who support our objectives and are willing to comply with the association’s rules.
Application for membership may be made by completing our online application form and submitting the membership fee once approved by committee.
The current annual subscription is $45 and entitles members to a copy of the Association’s publications, access to the member’s area of the website and to attend all meetings including talks, tender sales and numismatic workshops.
