All medals are individually numbered. We have no record of just how many were struck. The obverse die was made available to us under licence and is the same as that for the Royal Aero Club. The reverse die, a simple inscription, was composed by Ray Jewell. The first cased medallion was presented to B. J. Videon of the Military Historical Society.
